Add every class or section with its own fees
Fees differ from Nursery to Class 12 and between streams. Add each class or section as a row with its fees and board, so parents get the fee for their child's class.
How it works
- Open the template and find Classes and fees.
- Fill in the first class: class or section, fees, board or other details. Leave a box empty if it does not apply.
- Press “Add another class” for each one you want to add, up to 12.
- Use “Remove” to delete a class. You can edit the list any time in the chatbot’s Business details tab.
The chatbot answers from the row the visitor asks about, and its instant answers update by themselves when you change the list.

How does a chatbot help with admissions?
Parents research schools in the evening and on weekends. The chatbot answers admission, fee and visit questions at once and saves the parent's name and mobile number, so the admissions desk can call back instead of losing the enquiry.
Will it promise a seat or results?
No. The template tells the chatbot never to promise a seat, results, placements or scholarships, and never to state fees or dates that are not in your details.
Can it reply in Hindi or Hinglish?
Yes. The template replies in the language the parent uses: Hindi, Hinglish or English.
Does it store student information?
It is built for parent enquiries, not student records. Chats are stored in your dashboard only for the number of days you choose, and you can delete one person's data on request.
