How the AI review reply generator works
Replying to every review takes time, and a rushed answer to an angry customer can make things worse. This tool drafts a reply for you. It reads the review, the star rating and the tone you choose, and writes a short, polite response that you can edit and post on Google, Yelp, Trustpilot, Facebook or any other site.
What the AI looks at in a review
The model reads the review for what the customer actually said: what went well, what went wrong and how they feel about it. If you add the star rating, it uses that to judge how serious the complaint is. If you add your business name, it uses it to sign the reply.
It is told to answer only from the review. It does not invent discounts, refunds, dates, staff names or promises, because a made-up promise in a public reply can cause real problems. If you want to offer something, add it yourself before you post.
How the tone setting changes the reply
Professional is calm and brief. Friendly is warmer and more personal. Apologetic leads with an apology and is the best starting point for a 1 or 2 star review. Formal suits hotels, clinics, law firms and other businesses where a polished voice is expected. You can also choose a reply language, or leave it on "Same as the review" so a Hindi review gets a Hindi answer. Indian languages are listed first: Hindi, Hinglish (Hindi in English letters, the way many customers actually type), Gujarati, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, Bengali and Kannada.
What makes a good reply to a negative review
A good reply thanks the customer, acknowledges the specific problem without arguing or blaming them, says what you will do about it and offers a way to continue the conversation offline. Future customers read your replies as much as the review itself, so a calm, specific answer shows how you treat people when something goes wrong.
For positive reviews, keep it short, thank the person by name if they gave one, mention one detail from their review so it does not look copied, and invite them back.
Edit before you post
Treat the result as a strong first draft. Add a personal detail, check that nothing in it is untrue, and remove anything that does not apply. Never paste the same reply under many reviews, since platforms and readers notice repeated text.
Doing this at scale
If you handle many locations or hundreds of reviews, the same feature is available as the review reply API, so you can draft answers inside your own dashboard and have a person approve them before they go live.
