Can the chatbot take table bookings?
It tells guests how to book and can show a WhatsApp button with your number. If you connect your own API it can also show which tables are free, but the booking itself still happens with you.
Can I upload my menu?
Yes. Start with menu highlights in the template, then upload your menu as a PDF or text to a knowledge base so the chatbot can answer about specific dishes.
Will it invent prices or offers?
No. It is told never to invent prices, dishes or offers and answers only from the facts and documents you add.
Does it work with Swiggy and Zomato?
It does not connect to them, but it can tell guests that you are on Swiggy and Zomato if you write that in your delivery details.
Is it hard to set up?

Can the chatbot show live data from my own system?
