A coaching institute rarely has one course. In the template you add each course or class as its own row, with its own fees, batch timings and details, so the chatbot can give the right answer for JEE, NEET or Class 10 instead of one mixed list.
How it works
- Open the template and find Courses, fees and batches.
- Fill in the first course: course or class name, fees, batch timings, other details. Leave a box empty if it does not apply.
- Press “Add another course” for each one you want to add, up to 12.
- Use “Remove” to delete a course. You can edit the list any time in the chatbot’s Business details tab.
The chatbot answers from the row the visitor asks about, and its instant answers update by themselves when you change the list.
