Add every doctor with their speciality, fees and timings
Patients ask which doctor sits when and what the consultation costs. Add each doctor as a row with their speciality, consultation fee and days, and the chatbot answers for the right doctor. It still gives no medical advice.
How it works
- Open the template and find Doctors and fees.
- Fill in the first doctor: doctor name, speciality, consultation fees, days and timings. Leave a box empty if it does not apply.
- Press “Add another doctor” for each one you want to add, up to 12.
- Use “Remove” to delete a doctor. You can edit the list any time in the chatbot’s Business details tab.
The chatbot answers from the row the visitor asks about, and its instant answers update by themselves when you change the list.

Will the chatbot give medical advice?
No. The template tells the chatbot to answer only practical questions such as timings, doctors, fees and appointments, to send health questions to a doctor, and to point emergencies to 108 or the nearest hospital.
Can patients book an appointment through the chatbot?
The chatbot tells patients how to book, for example by calling or WhatsApp. If you connect your own API it can also show which slots are free, but the booking itself still happens with you.
Is patient information kept private?
Chats are stored in your dashboard only for the number of days you choose, and you can delete one person's data on request. The chatbot is told never to share other patients' details. Ask patients not to type medical details in the chat.
Can it reply in Hindi?
Yes. The template replies in the language the patient uses: Hindi, Hinglish or English.
How long does setup take?
About five minutes: choose the clinic template, enter your timings, doctors and fees, and paste one script tag into your website.
Can I list several doctors, each with their own fees and timings?
Yes. Add one row per doctor with the name, speciality, consultation fees and days and timings (up to 12 doctors). The chatbot uses these rows to answer which doctor is available when and what each consultation costs, and the instant answers for doctors and fees follow your list. You can edit or remove a doctor any time in the Business details tab.
Can the chatbot show live data from my own system?
Yes, if your developer connects your own system. The chatbot can then show live answers such as find a doctor, doctor availability, service charges, branches and stores. It can also look up appointment status, report ready after the visitor gives their reference number and phone, which your system checks. Only read-only: nothing is booked or changed. Available on the Starter plan and above.
