Add every service with its own price and duration
A salon menu is long. Add each service as a row with its price and how long it takes, so a client asking about a facial or bridal makeup gets that price, not the whole price list.
How it works
- Open the template and find Services and prices.
- Fill in the first service: service, price, duration. Leave a box empty if it does not apply.
- Press “Add another service” for each one you want to add, up to 15.
- Use “Remove” to delete a service. You can edit the list any time in the chatbot’s Business details tab.
The chatbot answers from the row the visitor asks about, and its instant answers update by themselves when you change the list.

Can customers book appointments through the chatbot?
The chatbot tells customers how to book and can show a WhatsApp button with your number. If you connect your own API it can also show which slots are free, but the booking itself still happens with you.
Will it invent offers or free slots?
No. It is told never to invent prices, offers or free slots, and answers only from the services and details you enter.
Can I list all my services and prices?
Yes. Put the main ones in the template, then upload your full rate card as a document to a knowledge base for detailed answers.
Can it answer in Hindi?
Yes. The template replies in the language the customer uses: Hindi, Hinglish or English.
What does it cost?
Creating the chatbot is free. AI replies use credits from your plan, and your own auto replies for prices and bookings use no AI credits.
Can I add all my services with separate prices?
Yes. Add a row for every service with its price and duration (up to 15 services). The chatbot answers a price question for the service the client asks about, and the instant answer for services and prices follows your list. Edit or remove a service any time in the Business details tab.

Yes, if your developer connects your own system. The chatbot can then show live answers such as services and rates, offers, free slots, branches and stores. It can also look up appointment status after the visitor gives their reference number and phone, which your system checks. Only read-only: nothing is booked or changed.
