How the WhatsApp Business reply generator works
For many small businesses in India, WhatsApp is the shop counter: customers ask prices, sizes, timings and delivery dates there all day. Typing a fresh, polite reply to each one takes time, and a rushed "price?" "800" exchange does not win orders. This tool reads the customer's message and writes a short, warm reply in the right language, which you check, complete and send.
What the AI looks at
The model reads the whole message and works out what the customer wants: a price, availability, a time, a booking, or help with a problem. It then writes a reply that answers each question in order, in two to four short sentences, the way people write on WhatsApp.
If you choose your type of business, such as a clinic or a coaching institute, the reply uses the right words for it. If you add your business name, it signs the reply.
Placeholders instead of made-up facts
The tool does not know your prices, stock or timings, so it is told never to guess them. Where a fact is needed it leaves a placeholder such as [price], [timing] or [delivery date]. Fill these in before you send. That way a reply can never promise a price or date you did not give.
English, Hindi, Hinglish and regional languages
Keep "Same as the message" and a Hinglish question gets a Hinglish answer, a Hindi question a Hindi answer. You can also pick the language yourself: English, Hindi, Hinglish, Gujarati, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, Bengali or Kannada. Use "aap" and a polite tone by default; choose Short and direct for quick confirmations.
Good replies for common situations
Price and availability: confirm the item, give the price and the next step ("shall I keep one aside for you?"). Late or missing orders: apologise, say what you will check and by when. Bookings: confirm the time or offer the nearest free slot. Complaints: thank them for telling you, apologise for the specific problem and move to a call if needed.
From one reply to an automatic assistant
If the same questions arrive every day, put the answers on your website with the RSFlowHub chat widget. It answers visitors from your own FAQs and price list day and night, in Hindi, Hinglish or English, and passes leads and hard questions to you. Developers can use the same reply engine through the comment reply API.
