Design your contact form or newsletter signup, try it live

Choose the fields, texts, colours and privacy options and fill the form in yourself. It is the same form the embed script draws on your website. Nothing is sent or stored here, and no sign-up is needed.

Quick answer

What is the RSFlowHub Forms demo?

It is a working preview of RSFlowHub contact forms and newsletter signups. Switch between the two, change the fields and look, and submit the form to see what visitors see. On your own site the same form is added with one script tag (or a JSON API), and every message or signup lands in your dashboard with spam filtering and double opt-in already handled, with no backend to build.

Go ahead, fill it in and send.

The demo checks your answers like the real form does (required fields, valid email, privacy checkbox) and then shows the thank-you message. Nothing is sent, stored or emailed. The white page above is only a sample website around the form.

Customization

What you can customize in your website form

Everything in the demo is also in the Settings tab of your form. Changes are saved on RSFlowHub and appear on your website the next time a page loads, with no code change.

SettingWhat it does
Contact or newsletterA contact form collects messages; a newsletter form collects email addresses with double opt-in.
FieldsUp to eight fields for a contact form: text, email, phone, long message or a drop-down list, each required or optional. A newsletter form is an email plus an optional name.
Button text and thank-you messageWords that match your brand, such as “Send message” and “Thanks, we will be in touch”.
Redirect after sendingOptionally send visitors to your own thank-you page (https) instead of showing a message.
Button colour and themePick your brand colour; text on the button adjusts for readability. Choose a light or dark form.
Privacy noticeAsk visitors to tick a consent checkbox with your own wording and a link to your privacy policy. The time they agreed is stored.
Allowed websitesOnly your own domains can use the form.
Email alerts and auto-replyGet an email for every new message, and on paid plans send visitors an automatic “we received your message”.
Automatic deletionChoose how long messages are kept, from 30 days to a year, or until you delete them.
Setup

How to add a contact form to your website in 4 steps

No backend and no server code. Most people finish in about five minutes.

  1. 1

    Create a form

Sign up free, open Forms in your dashboard and choose a contact form or a newsletter signup.

  2. 2

    Customize it

Set the fields, texts, colours and privacy options you just tried in the demo, in the Settings tab.

  3. 3

    Paste one script tag

Copy the one-line snippet from the Install tab and paste it where the form should appear. It never changes, even when you edit the form later.

  4. 4

    Receive messages

Messages and signups arrive in your dashboard inbox, with an email alert, spam already filtered and CSV export.

Two ways to use it

Embed the form, or call the API

Both do the same thing with the same spam protection and limits. Pick the one that fits your site.

Script tag: no code

The form is drawn right where the tag is, in an isolated container so your site styles cannot break it. Works on HTML, WordPress, Shopify, React and Laravel.

<script src="https://rsflowhub.com/widget/v1/rsflowhub-forms.js"
        data-form-token="fm_sec_xxxxxxxxxxxx"
        async></script>

JSON API: your own design

Build the form in your own markup and send the fields as JSON with a public form token. See the full Forms API reference.

curl -X POST https://rsflowhub.com/api/v1/forms/submissions \
  -H "X-Form-Token: fm_sec_xxxxxxxxxxxx" \
  -H "Content-Type: application/json" \
  -d '{"fields": {"name": "Ann", "email": "ann@example.com", "message": "Hello!"}, "consent": true}'
Use cases

What website forms are used for

Contact page

Let visitors reach you without exposing your email address, and keep every message in one searchable inbox.

Lead generation

Collect name, email and company from pricing and landing pages, with consent recorded for each lead.

Waitlist and launch signups

Collect early-access emails with double opt-in so your list contains only people who confirmed.

Newsletter signups

Grow a mailing list for your blog or product updates. You export it and send with your own email tool.

Support and quote requests

Add a topic drop-down so sales, support and billing messages arrive already sorted.

Agencies and freelancers

Give every client site a working form with their colours and wording, without writing a backend each time.

Trust

Spam filtering, double opt-in and privacy built in

Spam filtered for you

A hidden trap for bots, speed limits and content rules on every plan. Spam is kept for review and never counts against your monthly limit.

Real double opt-in

Newsletter signups are confirmed by email before they count, and unsubscribing is one click.

Optional AI helpers

On paid plans: a smarter spam check, message tags and suggested replies. They pause quietly when the monthly allowance is used.

Consent and visitor rights

Record consent, and download or erase everything stored about one email address on request.

Automatic deletion

Old messages are deleted after the days you choose, and never-confirmed signups are removed after 30 days.

Nothing sensitive exposed

The form token is public by design and only works for that one form. Visitors never see plan or billing details.

Plans

Free to start, pay only if you grow

Forms plans are separate from the AI API plans, so you never pay for something you do not use.

PlanPrice / monthFormsMessages / monthSubscribers

Forms Starter $3 $2.40 ₹159 5 1,000 1,000

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Plans, limits, privacy and setup, answered in plain language. More in the FAQ centre, or contact us.

Can I try a contact form and newsletter signup before I sign up?
Yes. This page is a live demo of RSFlowHub Forms. You can change the fields, texts, colours and privacy options and fill in the form yourself. Nothing is sent or stored, and you do not need an account.
Is the demo form the same as the real embedded form?
Yes, the demo draws the same form the embed script draws on your website, with the same fields, validation and look. The only difference is that in the demo nothing is submitted: you see the success message and no message or subscriber is created.
Do I need a backend to add a contact form to my website?
No. Paste one script tag and the form appears with a place to receive the messages, or send the fields as JSON to the Forms API from your own design. RSFlowHub stores the messages, filters spam and emails you.
How does newsletter double opt-in work?
When someone signs up they are stored as waiting and get an email with a confirmation link that is valid for 7 days. Only after they click it do they count as a subscriber. Every email you send should carry the unsubscribe link, which is included in your CSV export.
Is there spam protection on the form?
Yes, on every plan: a hidden trap field for bots, a limit on how fast one visitor can send, and rules for links, throwaway email domains and repeated text. Spam is kept in a separate filter for review and never counts against your monthly limit. Paid plans add an optional AI second opinion.
Is there a free contact form plan?
Yes. The free Forms plan needs no payment and no phone verification. Starter and Pro plans raise the limits and add extras such as AI helpers, automatic replies and a signed webhook. Forms plans are separate from the AI API plans.
Does the form work on WordPress, Shopify and React sites?
Yes. It is one script tag, so it works on plain HTML, WordPress, Shopify, React, Laravel and any site that lets you add a script. The form is drawn in an isolated container, so your site styles cannot break it.
Where do the messages and subscribers go?
They appear in your RSFlowHub dashboard, where you can search, reply by email and export to CSV, and you can also get an email for every new message. The Pro plan can send each message to your own system with a signed webhook.
