Customer support
Answer repeat questions about delivery, returns, pricing and setup from your own help documents, around the clock, and pass the rest to your team as tickets.
These are the same options you get in the dashboard. Change a setting and the widget updates instantly. Nothing is saved and no sign-up is needed to explore.
It is a working copy of the RSFlowHub website chatbot widget that you can customize and chat with in your browser, without an account. Change the title, brand colour, theme, position, greeting and quick replies, try the mobile-number lead form and add your WhatsApp number to see the WhatsApp button, and the widget updates instantly. The widget you build on your own site looks and behaves the same, but answers from your documents and is installed with one script tag.
This demo chat is powered by the same assistant as Flowy AI, RSFlowHub’s own support bot, so it can answer questions about our APIs, pricing and credits. It is a separate chat from the Flowy button at the bottom right. On your own site, the widget answers from the documents you upload.
Every option in the demo above is also in the Widget tab of your dashboard. Changes are saved on RSFlowHub and appear on your website the next time a page loads, with no code change.
| Setting | What it does |
|---|---|
| Chat title and subtitle | The name and one-line status shown in the chat header, for example “Acme Support, typically replies instantly”. |
| Brand colour | Colours the header, launcher button and your visitors’ messages. Text colour adjusts automatically so it stays readable. |
| Light or dark theme | Match your site design with a light or a dark chat window. |
| Position | Bottom right or bottom left of the page. |
| Launcher label and avatar | A short text next to the chat button and your own logo as the chat avatar. |
| Greeting message | The first message visitors see when they open the chat. |
| Quick replies | Up to four one-tap suggestions such as “Pricing” or “Talk to sales”. |
| Collect visitor details | Optionally ask for a name and mobile number, a name and email, or all three before the chat starts. Mobile numbers are checked. Leads are saved in your dashboard and can be exported as CSV. |
| WhatsApp button | Add your WhatsApp number and visitors get a “Chat on WhatsApp” button in the header, the menu and next to “Talk to Human”. It opens WhatsApp with your number and a ready message. |
| Human handoff | Adds “Talk to Human”. On Starter and up your team can then join the chat and reply live; the visitor can always leave a support ticket. |
| Attention bubble | A short message that pops up next to the chat button to invite visitors to ask a question. |
| Notice under the message box | A line such as “Replies are generated by AI” so visitors know who they are talking to. |
Also in the dashboard: open the chat automatically after a delay, restrict the widget to your own websites, set a daily message limit with email alerts, choose how long chats are kept, and ask visitors for consent. See the install and settings guide.
No developer needed. Most people finish in about five minutes.
Sign up free and create a chatbot in your dashboard. Give it a name and a short description of what it helps with.
Add PDFs, Word files and FAQs to a knowledge base and attach it. The chatbot answers from this content, and says so when it does not know.
Open the Widget tab and set the same options you just tried in the demo: colours, theme, position, greeting, quick replies and lead capture.
Copy the one-line script from the Widget tab and paste it before the closing body tag of your site. You are live.
Answer repeat questions about delivery, returns, pricing and setup from your own help documents, around the clock, and pass the rest to your team as tickets.
Ask for a name and mobile number (or email) before the chat starts, so every conversation from your site becomes a lead you can call or WhatsApp back.
Let visitors ask questions in plain language instead of searching a long help centre or knowledge base.
Help shoppers with product, shipping and policy questions on Shopify and other online stores while they browse.
Add a branded chatbot to client websites: your colours, your logo and your tone, set up in minutes.
Guide new visitors to the right plan or feature, and route sales questions to a person.
It is a single script tag, so it works anywhere you can add a script. The install guide has a copy-paste snippet for each platform.

The widget token only chats with one chatbot. Your private API key never appears in your website code.
Restrict the widget to your own domains so nobody else can use your chatbot.
Set a daily message limit and a monthly spending limit, with email alerts as you approach them.
Choose how many days chats, leads and resolved tickets are kept. Older ones are deleted every night.
Add a consent checkbox, and download or erase everything stored about one visitor on request.
Visitors never see credits, usage or plan details, only a short generic message if the chatbot is unavailable.
Plans, limits, privacy and setup, answered in plain language. More in the FAQ centre, or contact us.
Create a free account, upload your documents, set it up exactly like this and paste one script tag. It then answers your visitors from your own content.
