The real difference: ecosystem or simplicity
Zoho SalesIQ shines when the rest of your sales process is already in Zoho. The chat becomes one more feed into the same CRM.
RSFlowHub is deliberately small. You choose an industry, enter your fees, timings and services, and paste a script. There is no workflow designer and no CRM to configure. If your team has never used a CRM, that is often an advantage.
Getting leads out
RSFlowHub saves each lead (name, email or mobile, optional company) in the chatbot dashboard, can email you for every new lead, and exports to CSV. A webhook or a CRM sync is not part of the chatbot today, so if you need leads to appear automatically in a CRM, check that before you choose.
Questions to ask before you pick
- Do I already use a CRM that the chat must feed?
- Do I need live visitor tracking, or only answers and enquiries?
- Will my visitors write in Hindi or Hinglish, and does the tool answer well in that language? Test it.
- Who will reply to chats, and how many team members need access?
Frequently asked questions
Can RSFlowHub send leads to Zoho CRM?
Not automatically today. Leads are stored in the dashboard, emailed to you, and can be exported as CSV and imported into a CRM.
Do I need a CRM to use RSFlowHub?
No. The chatbot works on its own with a lead list in your dashboard.
Does RSFlowHub track website visitors?
The chatbot does not build visitor profiles. It stores a conversation only when a visitor chats, for the number of days you choose.
